Delete my data
Use this page to request deletion of your Endless Descent account and saved game data. Fill in the form, tap Open my email app, and send the pre-filled message from the email address you want us to recognize as yours.
We will confirm receipt and, after any required identity check, delete or anonymize your data within 30 days. Records we are legally required to keep (for example, in-app purchase receipts for tax purposes) will be retained for the legally required period and then removed. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

What gets deleted
- Your account record, save progress, settings, and unlocks.
- Gameplay events and crash records associated with your Player ID.
- Support correspondence on request, where not needed for an ongoing matter.
What we may keep
- Purchase records required by tax and consumer protection law (typically several years in Norway and the EU).
- Anonymized analytics that can no longer be linked back to you.
- Records of the deletion request itself, so we can show we honored it.
Platform-managed data
Game Center, Google Play Games, and similar platform accounts are managed by Apple or Google. You can delete them through their settings:
- Apple ID and Game Center data: privacy.apple.com
- Google Account and Play Games data: myaccount.google.com
